Oxóssi is the orixá of hunting and abundance. Oxóssi is a pathfinder and provider of sustinance. It is said that the meat we eat is Oxóssi. Oxóssi is also in charge of the Coboclos (Native American ancestral spirits) and the Pretos Velhos (African elder spirits) both groups giving us advice and guidance through devination. Oxóssi energy is also present in all art forms.
